"Hi! I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip, I am going to juice the lemon and chop a cucumber. We'll just start with half the cucumber. That is all we will use today and we will cut the cucumber in half. I like to use the skin. When I eat the cucumber, it helps to give a little bit more umph. I'm going to seed the cucumber here just with the spoon, take the seeds out so I won't have those in my yogurt dressing. It should be just fairly easy to spoon out. You can see this nice green flesh is a sign of a really good cucumber. Now we will dice the cucumber so fairly small slices here just to make sure that when we put the cucumber in its yogurt, that it will be small enough. And we will juice the lemon. What is nice is to kind of work up the juices and lemon is to roll the lemon before you actually cut it and attempt to get the juices out so I just roll it a couple of times. Pressing firmly to work the juices up and out of it and cutting the lemon its lengthwise rather than having it just. I found it easier to gt the juices out. So we will need two tablespoons of lemon juice. I've got my tablespoon here. Just want to make sure that I'm not getting any seeds into the juice. So from here and I'll take this seed out and just going to pour it into the container where the cucumbers are at. And there's a second tablespoon onto the cucumbers."
