"Hi, I’m Rachel for Expert Village. Now I’m going to show you how to shape the donuts in different shapes. As you’re going to see the dough rolls nicely, you can see. Oh dear, it’s a little bit sticky, we’ll need to use a lot of flour on the baking paper, baking paper sheet, plus on the dough when we roll it. Put some on top of the dough, plus a little bit of flour on the, the rolling pin. And I’m going to roll it; there are two ways to do the doughnut. If we want to have it with the jelly inside, there is a way of first shaping. The dough should be one centimeter thick. Okay, we’re going to make holes in the middle for some of them. These holes are too big; okay then we’re going to put them aside. Those ones, those circles, plus the circles with the holes are going to be, fried and we’re going to put the jelly or the topping afterwards. Now I’m just going to put a little bit of oil on top so they won’t dry because they need to sit for twenty minutes now, until they rise a little bit, until we’ll fry them. Just put a very little, not too much and I’m going to cover them with a plastic bag, again so they won’t dry. Move them closer to each other. "
