"Hi I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix all the ingredients together to prepare the dough. Now the salt I'm going to sprinkle around so it won't touch direct the yeast. You are going to a 1/4 cup of oil and the 2 eggs you can either mix them before you can lay them like that and they are going to be mixed together. I'm starting in the middle you can see it is going to make a little creamy mixture in the middle and then slowly I'm getting the flour from the edges. Bagel dough is usually a hard dough, it is not a very oily and the smooth dough, it is a bread dough which should be a little bit harder then a pastry dough. "
