Pan Fry French Toast

"MARIEVE HERRINGTON: Okay, so the best way--the fastest way to get this French toast done is to have bunch of different pans going all at the same time. So this middle pan needs a new one so I'm going to add a little bit of butter to that. My pan's a little hot so I'm going to take it off. It's okay if you brown the butter a little bit. It's actually very flavorful that way. So take the pan--I'm crossing myself here. There's so many pans going at once and just place it in right like that. And now the temptation might be to turn the temperature way up on these to get them to cook real fast but if you can, don't. Because you want to make sure that they really cook through. I'm going to watch these. I've already started some of these--taking it out 'cause this one's going to be ready to put in the oven fairly soon. But keep your French toast warming in the oven at 200 until your ready to serve it. Let's see. That one. It's all set and I will bring that to a 200 degree oven."
