"So, plating our sweet breakfast now. We?ve got our honey bran buttermilk waffles that are high in fiber with the bran and omega threes with the flax seed. And fill that with, instead of cream and that very very sweet sauce and fruit you get at pancake houses, just some defrosted berries which make their own juice, very healthy. Then fruit of course. Then I steamed some milk adding it to some espresso and you have a cafe au lait, because I know this person loves cafe au lait. And then, let's see how I'm gonna do this. The fork and knife and anything else you can think of. Don't need any salt and pepper. And you'll notice, actually, I did this on purpose. The milk, normally I would add it a little bit higher when adding the steamed milk, but remember when you're walking up stairs, things kind of tip a little bit, so under fill your glasses just a little bit if you can. And so draws to a close our sweet and savory birthday breakfast. So, a couple things to keep in mind when you're making that birthday breakfast, make ahead as much as you can and think ahead. So, make ahead in terms of boil that potato the night before for the raustie. Make your batter the night before and refrigerate it. Or just make the French toast in the waffle iron and you won't have to make batter at all. You just take it out of the bag of bread and you're ready to go. Also, think ahead in terms of grinding the coffee the night ahead. And of course forego anything that's gonna make too much noise such as smoothies or excessive use of mixers or what not. And just think of what the birthday boy or girl really likes, their preference, sweet, salty. Their favorite fruits, their favorite drinks. And don't be afraid of making really big portions and that extra fork. I'm Marieve Herington with Expert Village and hope you enjoy your birthday breakfast."
