"Hi, I'm Marieve Herington for Expert Village and today we're doing a party that is the smallest version of the party. Just you and another person. I'm talking about a birthday breakfast in bed. So when I started thinking about ideas for breakfast in bed, I thought, oh my gosh, breakfast, there are so many options. You could do sweet, you could do savory. I couldn't decide. The only thing I could decide was that it absolutely had to be easy, whatever I chose. So, I'm gonna do both. I'm gonna show you a savory breakfast and a sweet. For the savory, I'm gonna start with a caramelized leek and cheese omelet, really simple with rawstee, which is a fancy word for hash browns. And then I'm going to do for the sweet option, a healthy version of waffles. So there gonna be some buttermilk honey bread waffles and we'll put some yogurt and some interesting stuff on top of that. And we'll finish off and get them all plated out and you would bring it to the birthday boy or birthday girl. So let's get started."
