"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now what I'm going to do is cut the ends so the first one is fine. The bottom is close. But the second what I do is I cut it and then I take the out side and just, you can see I'm squeezing it, closing it and putting the cinnamon bun. The top that is open I'm putting up. Again if you don't do that a lot of the inside of the filling is going to run out and we don't want that. So we continue to cut and close the bottom. Cut the whole thing. The cinnamon bun should be spaced out not like the cinnamon fingers cause after we finish, everything is finished now we are going to let it rise again. For at least 40 minutes we are going to cover it with a plastic bag or any plastic thing that you have in your house. We are going to cover it with plastic and let it rise for at least 40 minutes until it doubles in size. In a warm place before we bake it. "
