"Hi, my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village today we are making homemade cinnamon rolls. While our cinnamon roll is rising let's talk about the filling that we are going to do. I simply like to use equal parts of white sugar, brown sugar. In this case we are going to use an 1/8 cup of white sugar and 1/8 cup of brown sugar and a round teaspoon of cinnamon. All you got to do is combine them. I'll take a fork or just my fingers but just as effective and stir them together. You can also add a 1/2 cup of walnuts but I wouldn't put them in the mixture here I would just have them on the side of chopped walnuts. I myself really don't care for nuts in my desserts so we'll just use this for filling. "
