"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to go through the ingredients for the cinnamon buns. We are going to need a 1/2 a cup finely packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 a cup raisins, 1/2 cup of walnuts, a bowl to mix and a spoon and the oil is for later on to spread on the dough before we put the filling. If you prefer to put margarine, then at this point you need to melt the margarine double boiling in the fire and melt the margarine. It needs to be dissolved and to be able to work with/brush it on the dough. So what we do now is we are going to take the sugar. Mix it with the cinnamon. If the dark brown sugar has too much flavor for your taste, then you can use white brown sugar or white sugar. We are going to add now the raisins and the walnuts. Make sure that it is mixed well because once we sprinkled on the dough you want everything to be evenly spread. This is the filling. "
