"Hi! This is Rachel for Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make cinnamon buns and cinnamon fingers. They are two different doughs. One dough makes two for the cinnamon fingers. Needs to rest for 4 hours in the refrigerator. The cinnamon buns needs a little bit less time to wait. It needs about an hour to rise and then after shaping it, another 40 minutes so it is a little bit shorter but still both of them are yeast dough so both of them needs to have time from finishing making the dough until you can place them in the oven. The cinnamon buns as you can see raisin and nuts inside. The cinnamon fingers have only sugar and cinnamon on top or inside as I am going to show you two different ways to make it. It is known to be traditionally eaten as a breakfast food with a cup of coffee but it can be a delicious treat any time of the day. "
