"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to go through the ingredients of the basic white muffins. For that we are going to need 1 cup and 3/4s of flour, 1/2 a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of oil, 1 cup of milk or non diary creamer or apple juice. I picked a non dairy creamer. 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of baking powder. 2 bowls one for the dry ingredients, one for the wet ingredients, 2 spoons. Now I put a few things that you can put to the muffins. You can either add cut apples or blueberries if you want. I picked out sugar, cherries. I cut them smaller. You don't want to leave it as a big chunk in the middle. Walnuts we are going to do a variety not all together but we are going to put it in different muffins for different taste. Of course, we are going to need a muffin pan and cupcake holders. Since it is a big pan, I'm going to use again the number 5 size of cupcake holders. "
