"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix the ingredients together. We are going to start with the eggs, the oil, and the sugar. Mix them together good. Now to the flour we are going to put the baking soda and the baking powder. We are going to mix it together before we add it to the batter. We are going to add the 2 cups of flour with the baking powder and the baking soda. Because the banana is heavier, the banana kind of pulls all the batter down when baking. It is important not to leave out neither the baking powder or the baking soda to use them both of the ingredients of the cake. Now we are going to add the bananas to it. I'm going to mix it up. Now I'm going to add the wheat germs. Mix it all up. The walnuts can be an option to either put it inside the batter. I put it on top to decorate which is a good if you have little kids as you know nuts are dangers for little kids so it is a good thing to make it show and they can always pull it out if they don't like. If you don't want them to eat it but you still want it inside the muffins. "
