"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now for our gingerbread we are going to be making a nice little sauce or glaze for it. It is really easy to do this is how we are going to do it. We take the pineapple juice out from the can and just go ahead and pour it into a pan. Just like that and we are going to make a nice little glaze really easy to do. You can see you want to put this on high heat cause we really want to cook this down. Then put some brown sugar in. In fact I would probably use the rest of this, this is probably a 1/2 a cup. What we want to do is heat this almost to a boil or a simmer. This is going to be a nice little topping on the top of our pineapple gingerbread cake. "
