"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now we have our batter poured in over our pineapple slices. We have our oven set for 350. I'm just going to go around and just kind of clean this up a little bit. What we are going to do is pop this in for about 40 minutes in the oven. You want to keep on it too. You know everybody's oven is different. So go ahead and open up your oven and just go ahead and pop that right in. It could not be simpler just go ahead and like that. So keep a eye on that while 40 minutes in the golden number but check it after 30 minutes would be good and see how it is rising. I would show you how to have it tested."
