Gingerbread is perhaps the most delicious kind of bread known to man. Is there another spice whose spicy palate cleansing flavor would blend so harmoniously and with bread? Is there another medium which would so carry and support those cutting flavor tones? The marriage of ginger and bread is indeed a happy one, which can only foster a healthy and joyous atmosphere anywhere gingerbread is eaten or otherwise consumed.
