"Hi my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village and today I am going to show you how to make a real French baguette. It has been three hours. Let's look at our dough. It should have doubled or tripled in size the survey says. Look at that. Much, Much larger and you see it is kind of loose. That is completely fine. The next step we are going to do is we are going to add in our flour. The other half of our flour goes in now I should say. Oops, looks like I have got something stuck here. Now I am going to stick my hands in this and get them very very dirty kneading this back up. I?m going to add this to this and I am going to knead this for about ten minutes until it takes on a nice elastic-y feeling and at that point we are going to oil the bowl and let it sit for an hour, so good fun."
