"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make a real French baguette. I am going to come back through with my handy dandy spatula to scrape the sides down because we don't want all this stuff stuck to the sides. Alright so there is this, now we take the towel, cover this up and you don't want to tuck it under or anything because the bread will rise over the top. Now you are going to want to find something to do for the next three hours, go watch a couple of TV miniseries, go watch a couple of movies back to back, take a nap, go for a walk or something and I will see you in three hours. on 1/18/2009 Good recepy but I find the order/ sequence of the videos rather confusing. Finishing the bread is shown before you tell us about the ingredients. Or is it my browser that is mixing things up for me?
