"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we are going to add our flour we are first going to add 3 cups of flour and stir that in nice and smooth. Then we would be adding 1 cup at a time until it gets to thick to stir and after that we would knead it. So you put your 3 cups in and you just stir that up. It starts out very lumpy and we want to get all that stirred up nice and smooth. You see how lumpy it is? That is 4 cups and we would stir that up. You start to see getting more stretchy and elasticy that is working in the glutenous. Get it pretty smooth that is a good workout for your arms. You can stir that nice and fast and see how it is getting nice and stretchy and glutenous that make a nice stretchy dough. Okay that looks smooth and add another cup of flour there we go that is 5 cups. Cups don't have to be even like you do when your baking a cake cups could be nice full cups of flour. You see that is getting thicker and we just keep stirring that in. When it gets to thick to stir we are going to put that out in our work surface and knead it. This would take just another one. Okay now it is getting thick I'm going to stir that a little more and then we dump it out in our work surface and knead that. Okay!"
