"Hi. This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we are going to be talking about recipes for those who are on diabetic diets. Alright, now we are going to talk about cutting our bread for our cheesy herb bread. One way I like to do it is you take this bread, you just cut it right in half. And you take this piece, and just cut it right in half as well. And the same for the other piece. So that way you get four equal pieces. And at this point you can always go cut these in half as well, or cut them down the middle, depends on how many people you have how many slices you want. But right now you should have four pieces four pieces for this side, four pieces for the other side. That is eight total, but then you have a top as well, so that should be sixteen pieces, which should be more than enough for the average size family. Like me, if you have a big family you may want to double this, or even triple it, just depends on how big of bread eaters your family are. "
