"Hi. I am Chef Issac from Cuisines by Issac and today we are going to discuss how to make Irish Soda Bread. OK, in this step I am going to place the loaf in my buttered pan and then I am going to brush on the egg wash. So I am going to take my pan, come right over here to where my loaf is. I sort of just guesstimated what size it would be and not too far off. Place it right here in the pan, like so. Now I am going to take my pan and I have my egg wash right here. Basically I am going to take it and just brush it right over here, just like this. Make sure I cover the whole top with the egg wash. The egg wash is going to give it a nice golden brown look on the top. Just make sure I get it all over everywhere. There we have it. It's in the pan with the egg wash."
