"Hi. I am Chef Isaac from Cuisines by Isaac and today we are going to discuss how to make Irish Soda Bread. OK, in this step we are going to put a little flour on top of the counter here. We are going to take our dough out and knead it for about 2 minutes. So, I am going to start here with a little flour. Sprinkle it out. That's good. I'm going to spread it out just a little bit. I'm going to take my dough ball, take it out with my hand, put it right here on the flour. Take your hands and put then in the flour a little bit. Then I am going to start kneading the dough. By kneading it we are just going to start pushing into it, forming it; getting flour all through it. Basically mixing it together, so the whole dough, loaf, comes together. Put flour on it. Bring in the sides. Bring it in like so. Just go ahead and take your finger tips, press it in, bring it in. Just keep folding it over and in, like so. Basically keep coming in with the dough, over and over again, like so. Put the flour on the outside, flip it over. Round the outside like that. Do this for about 2 minutes. When it all starts to come together, its well mixed."
