"Hello my name is Jenny Bardwell and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village with my colleague Susan Brown and we are going to teach you today how to make salt rising bread. I'm going to grease the pan and cut enough. I just kind of know by weight I don't know it might be a pound in half and I'm going to form a loaf. You want to put the seam on the bottom and like this so it is kind of tight and that is a pretty good size. You can also make rolls, you can just kind of cut. This is a fantastic tool by the way every cook should have this tool. You can cut, you can clean the counter, you can do all kind of things and you just form rolls. It is a sticky dough, it is a sticky bread dough. You can also just put the bread on a round on a flat sheet and make it like that. "
