"Hello my name is Jenny Bardwell and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village with my colleague Susan Brown and we are going to teach you today how to make salt rising bread. I'm going to add some more water usually that is what we do it is nice to sometimes make 4-5 loaves of bread at a time. It is getting at that point where it to difficult to knead with a spoon. So I'm just going to start adding it to I will pour it out here. You need to be aware to that you might be using a recipe that is different from what we are showing you here today so follow your recipe this is just the way we are doing it for the recipe that we are using today. It is a messy job. One characteristic of salt rising bread unlike other breads is that you don't want to over heat it if you knead start rising much it makes a tough bread so this bread doesn't take a lot of kneading. So I should stop pretty soon uh. "
