"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village our loaves have definitely double in bulk they have been rising for about 1/2 hour. If you like to have a nice shiny glaze on top of the loaf then I'm going to show you how to do a egg wash just crack a egg into a bowl and just beat it with a fork until it's nice nice and smooth and just take a pastry brush mine is a cute little toothy brush and just brush that loaf all over the top this would give it a nice glaze brown look. The other one I'm going to leave not glaze you can see the difference when they are finish baking. Now we are going to put these into the oven and it is best to put it in the center rack because they would rise more in the oven and you want to make sure that there is room in the oven to accommodate the loaves. I'm going to place the loaves in a center rack and plenty of room to rise. We are going to bake these for about 30-45 minutes until they are nicely brown and when tapped they sound hollow. "
