"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we are going to preheat our oven and prepare our pans. We would preheat our ovens to 350 degrees this is for a convectional oven, if you have a conviction oven that moves the air around in the oven then you want to use 50 degrees lower and that would be 300 degrees. Lets prepare our pans this receipt yields 2 loaves and I'm going to show you 2 ways to prepare the pans you can either lightly grease the pans with a little margarine or shorten and you just take a napkin and put a little of margarine of shorten on that and rub that all over the pan on the sides and the bottom and coat that pan. Not to much cause you don't want that greasy bread just enough to help release the bread in the end. Okay another way to prepare the pan is to use baking paper and you don't have to cut it exactly even we just fit a little bit cut it off so it is a little bigger of the pan and just push in and fold it down and you put the dough in there it would hold the paper down. There you go. "
