This starter has sit for 10-12 hours and has become this the next step is to pour your starter into a bowl. Leaving the potatoes out in the jar so they are not part of your sponge. Do I want all that stuff down at the bottom? It would not hurt if you did. Then to this you add about a cup or so of water and another flour to make a thick pudding. "
