"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village, now we are going to prepare our dough. Lets start with our proof yeast we would put that right in, in our mixing bowl, scrap it all in there, then we would add our 1 2/3 cups of milk, we would add our 2 tablespoons of honey. Scrap that all in there I like to use honey it gots a nice flavor but you can use sugar also. Our 2 teaspoons of salt, our 2 tablespoon of oil. I like to measure the oil right over the bowl so if any drips out of the spoon it goes right into the bowl and then we will add 3 cups of flour. Only 3 cups of the original 5-7 cups we are going to us in the end this way we could mix that up nice and smooth, get all the oil and the milk and the other ingredients mixed in evenly. We are going to start with regular mixing, this is a mixing paddle other machines would have other things but just the regular mixing thing and later we would use the dough hook. Lets turn that on, turn it on slowly so that your flour doesn't all come out of the bowl an we would mix that for about 5 minutes until it is nice and smooth. "
