"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis. On behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make a braided wreath of bread. Ok, so, now it is braiding time. What we are going to do is take our longest piece and put it in the middle and just take our left piece and go over and we are going to take our other left piece and it is going to go over and under. So, there is that turn. Once again, left piece over. Other left piece over and under. I'm running out of space here. You can do what ever, you can twist it if you want, I'm just doing a modified braid here. Left piece over. Left piece over and under. Left piece over. Left piece over and under. Uh, oh, I messed up some where. No, I haven't. Left piece over. Ok, so, when you get it to the braid you want, now the thing is, you're going to want to go, if you know how to braid from the center out, that gets the best results. But, I'm terrible at that. So, I'm not doing it that way on this one. So, I'm just going to do backwards on this one. Alright. Uh, oh, I seemed to have twisted the wrong way. Let's see. This one should go here, this one goes here, this one goes here, here and here. Alright, so, I've got my other have on my sheet and we are going to connect the two of these on the sheet. Which is not all that difficult. Now, you want to make sure the baking sheet you are using will facilitate you doing something in a fairly round shape. Something like this. You can make a really, really long one and try to loop the whole thing back together. But, that takes some work. So, and it also takes a ton of counter space, which not all of us have. We are just going to take this and put it on top. We are going to let this rise again. And it shouldn't really take more than about, um, usually, takes about 45 minutes or so. Depending on your area, so to speak. So, I'm going to put this on top of my oven, which is on. Which will help the rising process. I'm going to set my timer here for 45 minutes to an hour. And, then we will come back and we will brush it and we will bake it."
