"Hi. My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make a braided wreath of bread. Now as you roll them into balls you'll see that pieces you thought were all the same size, aren't. It's not a big deal. So what we're going to do is we're going to take our piece. This is our soft side so we're going to expose that to the outside just like that. And you can just hold the bottom like this, kind of like a mushroom and just keep folding those pieces in. Pull it together. There's your ball. And you'll see, like I said, there's some pretty exaggerated differences in size. It's not to worry. When they get rolled out to length we can adjust that. And if it helps you to roll them on the counter then roll them on the counter. This ones a little big to roll on my hands. And see this one isn't sticking very well which means I just need to get further into the dough and just keep pinching and folding it back like this. There we go. Oh, one more. Like I said we're going to expose the soft side here. Kind of peel that apart a little bit and the dryer parts we're going to run into the inside. Because those parts wont stick together very well when we go to make a ball out of it. Just a real quick roll around here on the counter. That's that. So we're going to set these all aside and we're going to take that damp towel and put it on top of them and let them rest for about 5 minutes."
