"Hi. My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make a braided wreath of bread. And this is exactly what you're looking for. You'll see how it's cleaned the inside of the bowl for the most part and you'll see the dough is nice and smooth on the outside. What's happened here is we've worked the dough to a point where it's actually started pulling together into one big ball and it has pulled most of the dough off the inside walls of the bowl. It's exactly what we want. So I'm going to give it one last little how do you do here. And that's that. So now we're going to drop it down here. We're going to scrape it all off our dough hook which shouldn't be that hard. Just pull the dough hook out. You'll notice that your dough feels a little oily on the outside. That's fine. That's just because this recipe has a large amount of oil in it. Which makes for a really, really great recipe. It sounds like too much oil as well as too much sugar but I assure you, it's not. Alright, so now I want this to sit for a second and kind of rest while we go get our bowl ready to get it to proof."
