"My name is Brandon Sarkis for Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make Irish Soda Bread. Now we are going to get ready to go into the oven. I'm going to open up my trusty oven here. I'm going to take my two loaves of beautiful bread and in they go. You close the oven door and then we're off. I'll be back in a little bit. Also it is 350 degrees. Some ovens are a little hotter some are colder. You need to know your oven first. If you have a convection oven, things would go a lot faster and I also envy you for owning a convection in your home. Next we need to know the time it is going to take to cook this. I'm going to go for 40 minutes. That should be about right because I know my oven and I know how it works. Forty minutes sounds good but you may want to go a little longer but at this temperature with two sizes of bread that should be exactly what I am looking for. I am going to come back in 40 minutes and pull it out and actually see how it looks and go from there."
