"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make Irish soda bread. Our next step is going to be to take the brown soda bread. We are going to put it in this pan and get it ready for the oven. We are going to just scoop this big brown ball of dough right out into the pan. It is really sticky here because of the humidity so we are going to have to do this a little different than the white bread. With the white bread we are just basically going to put it right in the pan with the flour on top and throw it in the oven but with the dark bread we are going to have to get a little out of the pan and shape it. We are going to shape this into a ball once I get it out of the pan. You can always use your finger, at least I can use my finger because I am cooking it for myself. If you are cooking it for somebody else, be nice and don't use your finger. I, however, know where my finger has been. We are going to do that and this is super sticky. Before we try to shape this we are going to get some flour and coat the outside to help us make a ball out of it otherwise it is going to be really hard to work with and it will just stick to our hands."
