"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to make my Brooklyn omelet. Once again we are going to put our stove to a low medium. We are going to throw our butter in. Make sure it melts nice. We don't want the butter to brown, we want it to stay the same color it is that is why we have our oven on medium, medium-low. Just make sure it gets nice and buttery and slippery. We are going to throw our egg in. So now we are going to let the egg cook until it is firm on the bottom that we know we can flip it before we put our filling in."
