"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to make my Brooklyn omelet. Okay the lunchmeat is cooked, we have prepared the vegetables. So let's prepare the eggs and find out what the secret ingredient is. Let's take our 4 eggs and we are going to put them in the bowl. Try not to get any shells in the bowl if you possible can. Now the secret ingredient is sour cream. The sour cream is awesome in this. It makes it fluffier and it gives it a little taste that you don't taste usually in omelets. So we are going to put a few tablespoons in. We are going to mix it up, mix it all up until it is one even color. Then you are going to see pieces of the sour cream in it that will not dissolve but that is okay. It may take a while just make sure you mix it all up, mix it all in. Try to get as much as the sour cream dissolved as much as possible. Now we are going to add some spices."
