"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to make our Brooklyn omelet. Now it is time to cook our lunchmeat. Turn your stove to low medium. Okay once the pan gets heated up we are going to take a little bit of butter and let it melt in the pan. Make sure it covers the bottom of the pan, you don't want to put it too high cause you don't want the butter to burn. Just medium is fine. You can see how the butter is melting nicely. Now we are going to take our lunchmeat and take our roast beef and put it on one side. I will take our turkey and put it over here and we would take our ham and put that right there. We are going to let it fry. Now, we don't want to let it burn it, we don't want to sear it kind of in the middle just so it kind of gets cooked. Turn the turkey over, I'm going to turn the ham over. We want to make sure it does not burn. You see how the butter is not burning cause we have it on medium low. So it just kind of cooks nicely. Okay now that our lunchmeat is cooked let's prepare the eggs and find out what our secret ingredient is. "
