"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make quick fix focaccia wedges. Okay, we got them out and they smell amazing. What I'm going to do is just cut them into wedges with our serrated knife going straight down. Watch it they're still a little hot so, I'm just going to cut one way, then we're going to cut this way. Nice wedges. You can see they split. Look at how beautiful. I can't even tell you how great these things smell. What we're going to do then is get our tray, our serving platter and put them up on our serving platter. Alright, usually I use six inch bread, but they only had the eight inch bread and because of that, I'm actually going to slice my quarters into eighths, make it a little mini pie. Anything comes off just get it up and put it back on your pie and what we're going to do is place these on our plate. On our nice platter with some basil and then we're going to top it off with our topping."
