"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make quick fix focaccia wedges. Green basil is my favorite. I'm just taking all the leaves and stacking them one on top of the other. And I'm just going to roll them and this is going to be to top our pizza with. Fresh like this, not even cooking it. Going to give it a chop this way and then I'm going to give it a good chop with the back of my knife. Just going back and forth to chop this up real small. Also, I saved a couple of big pieces of full leaves of basil, just to decorate our plate. Alright, it's magic time. It's been about twelve minutes, it smells great. Just going to pop these out and I'm going to look at, just look at how beautiful. Fresh out of the oven, look at how nice these bad boys are. I'm going to just put them on our plate, right next to our table and we'll get them cooled"
