"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make quick fix focaccia wedges. Okay, it's been about fourteen, fifteen minutes I was cooking up these onions. They're caramelized down to where I want them. I'm going to put them on a bowl on the side. And now we're going to add our beans and start to get on with the rest of our filling going. Alright we're going to start by pouring our beans into our colander and giving them a good rinse. Giving them a good rinse under some water. Alright, we're going to take our beans that are washed and we're going to add them to our pan on a nice medium flame. Going to cook them for about a minute. Going to cook them for about a minute and then what we're going to do, is get some white wine or reduced chicken broth and we'll just use a little bit to deglaze all of these beautiful pieces of onion and garlic that are in the pan, so. Alright, these, the beans have been cooking for about one minute, so I'm just going to add a little splash of white wine, a little splash of the chicken broth to try to deglaze and bring it all together. Little splash of the white wine and a little splash of the chicken broth. I'm going to let that cook about another minute. And what we're going to do is get our fresh thyme and add that in about one minute."
