"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make quick fix focaccia wedges. Okay, we have our onions cut into nice rings. I've put them aside. We're going to chop up some garlic now. Some nice fresh garlic. Alright, I've got one, two, three, four, five cloves of garlic. I'm going to leave them pretty big. This one has actually came out of it's rind, but to take it out of it's skin, just give it a good punch with the back of the knife. Like so. And just, you'll see it'll come right out of it's rind. I love garlic and don't worry about big pieces of garlic. Long as everybody eats garlic, you don't have it on your breath. So make sure everyone gets a slice. I'm just going to cut my garlic like this today. I'm not really going to chop it, chop it. I'm going to leave pretty big pieces. Slicing it one way and then leaving pieces like yea big. And watch out for those ones that fly at the camera. I'm looking for big pieces with this because it just makes for the meal. It looks good, it's nice. It's just a fun thing to have. Garlic is so good for you too and it makes this meal. So make sure you've made some nice pieces of garlic."
