"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about dicing our tomatoes for our bruschetta. You need about 4 medium tomatoes, but these are a little bit smaller, so we have 5. Start off by cutting off the ends of each tomato. Push that to the side. Now we can go and throw all these away at the same time. You want to take this and you want to cut them into thirds. After that, you just want to go about 1/8-1/4 of an inch and cut down. These make a little bit longer pieces, but it's always nice to vary things. They don't always have to be a complete square. You're actually making this, so it's up to you. The size is not going to effect the flavor here. You want the pieces about that big."
