"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make some tuna salad. So our bread is toasted on one side as you are going to see. Be careful taking it out so that you don't burn yourself. Toasted on one side but yet soft on the other. See it's brown and it's soft on this side. That is a great way to do a sandwich. You want to get inside. Toasted sides should be on the outer side of it. Get your tuna. Real simple sandwich. This is nice. This is the way most people make their sandwich. Again, I am making this on whole wheat toast. It is healthy for you health conscious people out there watching calories. I put a little slice of tomato which is nice. I put some shredded lettuce like so. You put it like so like that. Maybe do a little angle cut like so; nice. Just hold it easy because you don't want to mush it. You want to keep it soft. Don't press down so hard on the bread. A little cherry tomato always looks nice. I'll clean off your plate. Don't forget to get those crumbs off. A little pickle. A pickle is nice and there you have it. That's a nice sandwich. "
