"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make some tuna salad. Alright I am going to show you a basic way. One of the basic ways to serve tuna salad is of course just on a simple sandwich. I am going to just make a few slices of tomato and lettuce here to go with my sandwich. I am going to show you an old trick that my mom used to do too. My mom would always put the bread in the broiler. So what happens in the broiler is that only one side gets toasted and by doing that, she used to say you get the best of both worlds. You get the softness of the bread but also the crunch of the toast. So make sure you are on broil so that it is only on one side. Get it toasted on one side and come back and put the sandwich together. "
