Add Mustard to Tuna Salad

"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some tuna salad. All right so you are mixing in all of your ingredients. Now here is a little something that will give it a little twist and when you eat it, you might say what is that hint of something in there. And that is just simply a tablespoon of D'Jon mustard. That will give it a little something I am telling you. A little something, a little something where you say, what is that? Believe you won't know what it is and that is a little trick that my mom used to do and I'm telling you, that little hint of D'Jon is really nice. After you mix this in really good, you are going to taste it and just add a little salt and pepper. Just for taste, fresh pepper nice and then I will show you some different ways to prepare this and even show you some healthy ways to serve it.
