"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some tuna salad. Alright, so I just wanted to see if you can bring in the camera close here. This is still from that one stalk and just basically I'm moving it back and forth, the celery and just chopping away but look at how fine it is chopped; very small pieces, I don't know if you could see that, I hope that you can, it is very small and that is what you want. And this is eyeball cooking. So what you are going to do now is take your tuna and just put in that celery. That is a one stalk, you don't want to kill it with celery, you just want everything to have a hint of it. You know a hint of vinegar, a hint of onion, a hint of, so what I'll do is I'll mix it up and see do it need more? You can actually tell if you see an over abundance amount of it, you know that you added too much. So I like to add it a little bit as I go and honesty I don't really see the celery like I want to, so I'm going to add another stalk. So again chop up another stalk and just add it as you go and again it is easier to cut it on a small board if you don't have a big cutting board. I have a little board, so it is easy for me to cut one and add it and see how it looks and what I will do is I will even take a fork full and taste it even and you want to feel the crunch and taste it; that's actually good, just like that it is good. I bet you that is healthy, put that on tomato for all health conscious people. So I'm going to chop up another piece of celery though because I do want to add a little bit more. Come back and I'm going to chop this up and chop up that onion here on Expert Village, we are making tuna salad."
