"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some tuna salad. So you just add your tuna, you use a fork too, so put that in your hardware, I forgot to mention that earlier. It is nice to have a little fork to cut with and a fork will lift that can out. And just put that in there and we are ready to go. Alright, first thing I do is once I get my tuna in, I just start to flake off the pieces so it actually flakes with a fork. The next thing you want to do is add a cap full, two cap fulls of white wine vinegar. I know for a fact, I like it with a little hint of vinegar, it taste really good. You are always like wow, if you taste it, you don't want to over power it, by no means with vinegar. My mom use to say that it gets the fishy taste out of it. I don't know my mom use to make up things too sometimes to just please us too, so I don't know. But I'm going to use a cap full and I'm going to go a little bit more, say a cap full in a half. And again, eyeballing this, because I see just how much to add vinegar. Vinegar is very strong, if you use too much, you are going to ruin this right away. So make sure a cap full, a cap full and a half and the reason why, it tastes good."
