"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some tuna salad. Alright so the first thing you are going to do is just open your cans of tuna. You are going to drain the oil or the fat that is in them and just real careful, watch these tin coverings because they cut you, but just drain. I just push it in, push my finger in, give it a draining by pushing my finger into the center. My mom use to always say to put this, this is very sharp and if you throw this in your garbage bag, just an old tip, an old trick here, just put it, make sure when you are done emptying out, put it back in the can and then throw it away. I know she said a long time ago, that if this was in the bag, you really can cut your hand if you are just even picking up the bag along the way. So there is a little tip for you. Come over here and we are just going to add this to our bowl and when I come back we are going to start chopping our onions, start chopping our celery, we are putting together some tuna salad."
