"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some tuna salad. Alright as far as hardware you are just going to need a can opener, which I am sure everyone has. Get yourself a good knife, I invested in some really nice knives and I'm telling you was the best investment, get yourself some good knives if you can. And a simple cutting board. Again I always tell people here on Expert Village, I make most of my meals right here at this table right before I go to work and it is done, you know and you don't need a lot of area, you don't need a big cooking area, you just need to have everything content and how you want to work it is how you are going to work it. If you are going to use measuring cups you might, I am going to show you how to eyeball it, so these I'm going to just take them and throw them and a nice big bowl. And that is it, simple, you make it in this bowl and you are just going to cover it with saran wrap, put it in your refrig and go to work. When I come back let's start putting it together. Tuna salad here on Expert Village."
