"Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some tuna salad. Alright so the ingredients you are going to need for this tuna salad is definitely tuna. Go out and get some tuna fish. I am going to use 3 cans today. You can definitely use 4 or 5 if you wanted to make more. This is the type of meal you are going to eyeball everything. You are not really going to measure it. You are going to look at it and see in the consistency and I'll show you how I make it. A lot of the meals I make are eyeballing, just seeing what I am cooking and knowing as you start to cook in the kitchen, you are going to see and you are going to learn things like this works and that doesn't work and that again, comes from just cooking and having the experience. So let's talk a little bit about tuna. Tuna comes in a lot of different variations. It comes in water, it comes in oil. Again, I went with water today because I am trying to be health conscious with this meal today. Honestly it taste better than oil. Is it better for you? No. So a lot of the meals I cook taste great and that is why they taste great. They are not the best for you I guess. If you are a health conscious person, use these meals once a week on your forgiving day I guess they call it in the diet world, so Bumble Bee tuna. I'm using albatross which is better of the tuna. I guess it is the fillet of tuna. When I come back, I am going to go over all these ingredients to make this great tuna salad. "
