I actually have a few people write me here on Expert Village saying that some of the meals I make for you guys are maybe not health conscious or weight conscious for the weight conscious people. I have got to agree, these meals are recipes that are passed down to me and honestly it's good eating you know. So, what I recommend that if you are on a diet or something, cook these meals when you do have that once a week where you can have your day off weigh where you don't have to worry about anything. You know that sort of thing. Make those meals then that I have, but today, I am going to try to give you a healthy conscious meal in tuna salad. Again, people might say this isn't so healthy because I do use mayo, and mayo isn't the best of healthy things.
