"Hi, I'm Kara on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to be making tofu chicken nuggets. Next, I'm going to be combing the corn starch with the Italian bread crumbs. Corn starch is going to help thicken the outside of the tofu chicken nuggets when we fry them. In the original recipe I found you use corn meal instead of the Italian bread crumbs. Which you can always use, but I like the Italian bread crumbs cause I think it gives it more flavor. Just stir these with a fork until they're mixed well, just like that."
